Seeking more trail and campsite stewards

April 4, 2025

We are currently looking for additional trail and campsite stewards.  We currently have 11 hiking trails and 13 campsites, primarily water access only, scattered all over our 52,803 acre property.  Our seasonal staff conduct the heavy lifting – cutting brush, removing trees, fixing picnic tables and privies but we need more eyes to help us monitor our recreation sites and quickly address any maintenance issues.

Please call (207)796-2100 or email info@downeastlakes.org for more information.
