Enjoy good company and make holiday wreaths to bring home and display!
On December 1st, join DLLT staff and volunteers at the Grand Lake Stream School Building for some annual pre-holiday fun! Using balsam fir boughs from the Downeast Lakes Community Forest, participants will make their own wreaths, and decorate for the holiday season. DLLT will provide the materials. Participants are also welcome to contribute ribbons or other decorative touches.
Don’t know how to make a wreath? No worries, we’ll teach you how! This program is free for all ages, so don’t miss this annual event that has become a community favorite.
We need 2 sticks of tips for this event. DLLT accepts donations, but will gladly purchase tips from local harvesters. Stop by our office or give us a call to make arrangements.
