Suzanne Greenlaw is a Ph. D. candidate at the University of Maine Orono who studies forest management through the lens of indigenous knowledge. Gabe Frey is a 13th generation Passamaquoddy basket maker. Suzanne and Gabe will give a presentation about incorporating traditional knowledge in forest management and how that relates to the invasive pest threatening ash trees in Maine, the Emerald Ash Borer. The event will be held at Grand Lake Stream School Building.
