With the crisp zest of fall nipping the air, the Downeast Lakes Land Trust, in partnership with Leen’s Lodge, welcomes you to a wild game supper.
The dinner will feature locally gathered mushrooms, smoked duck, roasted quail gumbo, venison and a dessert created from the wild fruits of our forest.
Leen’s owner and chef, Charles Driza will discuss the selection, pairing and preparation of wild foods, as you savor the tastes that can be found right here in the forests and streams protected by the Downeast Lakes Land Trust.
Cost to attend is $32.
